Thermowatt E-BCU Diagnostic Tool for the new burners

Ecoflam has enhanced its popular range of MAX GAS and MAX OIL burners with the addition of a highly intelligent Thermowatt Control Unit. The combination of improved performance and extensive diagnostic capabilities are set to make the new MAX Thermowatt burners a benchmark for others to follow.

The upgraded burners can now provide a number of new functions, such as multi flame detection, active flame sensor control and more efficient ventilation. Plus, the control unit has a variety of software options including quick start, post-purge and permanent ventilation.

To allow engineers to quickly access all fault codes and operating data listings, Ecoflam has also developed a new Plug-in diagnostic tool. The handheld device can display detailed information on the burner’s operation such as number of lock-outs, flame signal and main voltage. Alternatively, a dedicated PC interface allows a laptop to be connected directly to the unit for further diagnostic options.
