Terms and Conditions
1. General
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and all orders are made subject to your acceptance of them. Please read them carefully before placing your order as your order will be accepted strictly on the understanding that you accept these conditions of sale. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights. We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one of the following reasons:
• authorisation of your payment failed
• we made a pricing or product description error

2. Trading Name
All orders are placed with Boilerserve.com Ltd which is a trading name of Boilerserve-Shop.Co.Uk,Aga Rayburn Range Cooker Spares, Overhouse Chambers, Wedgwood Place, Burslem, Stoke on Trent, ST6 4ED Registered No 08030872

3. Prices & Cancellation Charges
Prices are quoted by the Company in £ Sterling  but exclusive of delivery charges, which shall be as ruling at the date of our acceptance of the order. The Company reserves the right to invoice the goods at the price ruling at the date of despatch. An order acknowledgement reference number will be given to you when your order is accepted and any items, which are out of stock, will be notified to you by telephone or e-mail. Any cancellation of an order will be subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 5%., and return postage This charge may be higher depending on the length of elapsed time between order and cancellation date.
The company reserves the right to revise prices and details without notice. Promotional offers at Boilerserve-shop.co.uk may not always be available in our showroom and vice versa.
4. Delivery
Delivery will be charged at the rate ruling at date of order. All orders received will be despatched on within two working days subject to availability. Delivery will be to a UK or Channel Islands address only. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over, and if no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the goods will be retained by the driver. Notification of the attempt to deliver will be left by the delivery company. Failure to organise redelivery or collection of the goods from a local collection point will result in the goods being returned to us.
Please note that delivery can take place any time up to 5.00 pm, unfortunately we are unable to offer timed deliveries.
5. Payment
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard or Maestro at the time of order and the Company will make reasonable endeavours to ensure that your order and payment details remain secure.
6. Guarantee
Each product carries its own manufacturers parts only guarantee for twelve months, and all burners must be installed and commissioned by and OFTEC registered engineer for oil burners and Gas safe registered for gas burners  but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us. A customer advisor will be able to take your call Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.00pm or 10.30am until 12.00pm Saturdays. 7. Returned Goods
If goods are damaged in transit please notify us immediately by telephoning our Customer Support Department on 01782 825708. A customer advisor will be able to take your call Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.00pm or 10.30am until 12.00pm Saturdays. Please note that this call can be recorded for security and training purposes. Details of how to return goods for any other reason can also be obtained by telephoning this number or by e-mailing Boilerserve@live.co.uk
Please have your order confirmation number available at the time of telephoning. Any refunds given will be made to your credit card account. Under no circumstances will a cheque, credit note or cash be issued by way of refund.Please note that heating elements, circuit boards, electrical coils, digital controllers, rubber seals and consumables are excluded from any warranty. Any items returned as faulty will need to be supported by a detailed report from a qualified person stating the exact nature of the fault. We will not accept warranty claims for diy fitting of components by none trained persons. Returned items will be inspected by our own qualified engineers or returned to our supplier for inspection. Items that have been unpacked and fitted and are not in the original re-saleable condition will be returned to the buyer and no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to offer either a replacement part or a full refund for returned items. Please contact us before returning any items, we always try to help customers and a friendly honest service is assured (see our feedback for confidence) items must be recieved before a credit or replacement issued.
8. Third Party/Public Liability
Save in so far as defects in the products or the negligence of the Company cause death or personal injury the Company shall in no circumstances be under any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for direct or indirect consequential or incidental loss or damages whatsoever kind and howsoever caused, suffered by the Customer or others arising out of or in connection with the sale, supply or operation of goods under these Terms, save as may be expressly imposed by statute. Without prejudice to the foregoing the Company's liability for any loss or damage shall be limited to the invoice value of the goods.
9. Health & Safety
It is the Company's intention to comply at all times with all relevant UK Laws including Health and Safety at Work and Environmental Protection Acts.
10. Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in all aspects in respect of the laws of England and shall be subject only to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Reliance on Information on our Services
Information published via our Services is intended solely for the purpose of providing general information and is not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We do not warrant that any Materials are accurate or free from error and we disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on any content on our Services by you or by anyone who may be informed of any of the contents of our Services.
You acknowledge that when using our Services you may be exposed to Materials from a variety of sources and that we are not responsible for the content, truth, accuracy, usefulness or safety of such Materials. We do not endorse any User Contributions or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed in any User Contribution and we disclaim any and all liability in connection with such User Contributions or other material
