Ecoflam has enhanced its popular range of MAX OIL burners with the addition of a highly intelligent Thermowatt Control Unit. The combination of improved performance and extensive diagnostic capabilities are set to make the new MAX Thermowatt burners a benchmark for others to follow.
The upgraded burners can now provide a number of new functions, such as multi flame detection, active flame sensor control and more efficient ventilation. Plus, the control unit has a variety of software options including quick start, post-purge and permanent ventilation.
To allow engineers to quickly access all fault codes and operating data listings, **Ecoflam has also developed a new Plug-in diagnostic tool. The handheld device can display detailed information on the burner’s operation such as number of lock-outs, flame signal and main voltage. Alternatively, a dedicated PC interface allows a laptop to be connected directly to the unit for further diagnostic options.
Commenting on the new burners, Technical department at Ecoflam, said: “Up until now, it has always been difficult for engineers to pinpoint burner malfunctions, without dismantling the whole unit and spending considerable time on site. We’ve helped solve this issue by combining an ‘intelligent’ control system with an easy to use portable device for instant access to the information – significantly reducing maintenance time and costs.”

Please Notice !
It is recommended to add lubrication additives into Kerosene
In some geographical areas in UK the lubrication ability
of the Kerosene is not sufficient and causes the pump to seize
